Administrative management
The board of directors is formed by three members, named by AGA, who have monthly meetings where they analyse the economic - financial situation of the company, the stage of the investments, approve contracts as established in the Statement and the AGA decisions, and they take decisions.

Executive Management
It is formed by the General Manager, the Financial Manager and the Technical Manager and it assures the executive management of the company, applies the decisions of the board of directors and AGA, and commits the company according to the Statement, to the AGA or the board of directors decisions, and to the laws in effect.

The company
Is organised in departments coordinated by the chef of the department; there are 18 branches, and 3 sectors. The Sectors are organised so that the sector chef ensures an easy and efficient coordination of the field staff, and answers rapidly to any call from the consumers, clients, suppliers or subcontractors of the company. In this way we have: Arad-Bihor sector, Timis-Gorj sector and Satu Mare sector. Inside every sector there is a branch in every place having 1 or 2 employees of the operation department.
